RESTYLANE

The well-known Restylane line by Galderma offers a broad range of non-animal hyaluronic acid-based products consisting of Restylane fillers and Restylane Skinboosters, used to restore, refresh, and improve the skin. The filler range is created with two unique technologies NASHA™ and OBT™ to make a soft and firm gel texture allowing smoother integration into the tissue for natural-looking results. The Skinboosters are designed with NASHA™ technology using a special form of hyaluronic acid. With more than 20 years of experience, Restylane has extensive knowledge of aesthetic treatment and needs, which has led to the broad product range created to restore facial volume, enhance shape and radiance, and improve the quality of the skin.

A POPULAR PORTFOLIO OF DERMAL FILLER INJECTIONS INCLUDING LIP FILLERS, SKIN BOOSTERS, AND FACE CONTOURING FILLERS

With more than 25 years of experience and over 50 million treatments worldwide, Restylane fillers are one of the most demanded brands within the aesthetic industry offering the best dermal fillers for skin rejuvenation. The wide range includes skin boosters to improve skin hydration and increase cell renewal, lip fillers for creating different lip shapes, and face contouring fillers to reduce fine lines and shape facial contours. Restylane fillers are divided into four product lines according to their purpose:

Restylane Lift line – The perfect chin filler and cheekbone filler
Restylane offers two unique products ideal to shape facial contours and reduce signs of aging in areas such as the chin, cheeks, nose, and jawline: Restylane Defyne Lidocaine and Restylane Lyft Lidocaine.

Restylane Fill line – Fillers ideal for treating nasolabial folds and marionette lines
As a part of Restylane’s broad range of products, the two dermal fillers are being used to fill lines and wrinkles for a more refined look: Restylane Lidocaine and Restylane Refyne Lidocaine. Both fillers are used to treat nasolabial folds and marionette lines, while Restylane Refyne is a better choice to target superficial lines.

Restylane Volumize line – The best lip filler for natural-looking results and a high-volume lifting capacity filler for facial contouring
This line is composed of products designed to create volume and softness while enhancing areas like the lips, cheeks, and chin: Restylane Kysse Lidocaine and Restylane Volyme Lidocaine. Restylane Kysse is the perfect lip filler to increase volume in small lips and shape different lip shapes including Russian lips and heart shaped lips. Instead, Restylane Volyme is used as a cheek filler or jawline filler to increase facial volume and redefine the contours of the face.

Restylane Refresh line – Innovative skin boosters for natural skin rejuvenation
Restylane Skinboosters are the perfect choice for a youthful and refreshed look. These products boost the skin from within and improve hydration and elasticity for a natural glow: Restylane Vital Skinbooster Lidocaine and Restylane Vital Light Skinbooster Lidocaine.

TWO TECHNOLOGIES FOR NATURAL-LOOKING RESULTS: NASHA TECHNOLOGY™ & OBT TECHNOLOGY™

Galderma has developed two different and complementary technologies for stabilizing the hyaluronic acid molecules in order to develop products with the best possible properties: The NASHA technology™ is designed for lifting areas and providing definition, where the OBT technology™ is intended for contouring and adding volume. Both technologies use different particle sizes of the stabilized gel for different properties.

RESTYLANE VS. JUVÉDERM FILLERS – WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Together with Juvéderm, Restylane is the most popular and demanding dermal filler collection of hyaluronic acid injections in the world, but what is the difference between the two popular filler brands?
Even though Restylane and Juvéderm are very similar products that both use hyaluronic acid to increase volume, plump the skin and treat wrinkles, they do have a few key differences. While Juvéderm has a smooth gel-like consistency that readily diffuses into the tissues, Restylane is made up of particulate or granular gel, which is more cohesive and tends to stay where it is injected. Another difference between the two product lines is the longevity of the results. Typically, Juvéderm fillers last a few months longer than Restylane injections due to the difference in the cross-linking technology.
