We are a wholesale market leader selling medical device products from the most popular brands in the aesthetic industry. We always carry a large stock and with our high negotiation skills and extensive product knowledge, we offer very competitive prices. All products are 100% authentic and most of the medical devices are CE marked.
 
Who are your customers?
We primarily sell to large clinics and wholesale companies in most countries around the world (except to the EU and North America) - only B2B. Please note, we unfortunately do not sell to private persons.

Do you sell authentic products?
We only sell 100% original products and medical devices supplied by international aesthetic manufacturers, wholesalers, or official distributors.
 
What is the expiry of the products ordered from you?
We always guarantee a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life on the products we supply and very often significantly longer. If the shelf life is shorter on the product, we intend to ship, we will contact you for approval before shipment.
 
Do you sell other products than those presented on the website?
We do have other products which are not presented on our website. Therefore, please contact us here if you have specific requests.
 
ORDERS:
 
How do I place an order?
Please log in to your account to place an order. If you do not have an account with us please fill out the online customer form here and we will get in touch within three business days.
 
I cannot remember my login?
Please contact our customer service here to get a new password.
 
Can I add products to my existing order?
You can always add more products. Please send an e-mail here with the products you wish to add and inform us about the product name, product no. and amount.
 
What is the delivery time of my order?
Since we have a large stock of the most demanded products we can normally ship the order the same day we have received the payment. If a product is not in stock the lead time is normally 3-5 working days.
 
How much does shipping cost?
We offer shipping via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your package. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you can review it before confirming your order.
 
Can I pick-up my order in your warehouse?
You can pick up your order directly from our bonded warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark. While you're welcome to use your preferred shipping company, the export documentation must be prepared by our agent.
 
Where can I find my invoice?
Please sign in to your account here and click on your initials in the top right corner and go to 'My invoices'. Here you will find all your invoices.
 
Where can I find my open orders?
Please sign in to your account here and click on your initials in the top right corner and go to 'My open orders'.
PRICE & PAYMENT:
 
Which currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in EURO (€).
 
Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept prepayment paid by bank transfer.
 
Can I pay from my private bank account?
Please note, we only approve payments from your company account and not private persons or third-party payments.
 
Do I have to pay VAT and tax?
All prices displayed are exclusive of any domestic taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you may, as the importer, be required by your local authorities to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are importing to - in order to release your order from customs. This is the responsibility of the importer and we recommend you to contact your local customs authority if you have any questions related to this.
 
Why can’t I see prices on the webshop?
All prices are available when logging into your account. If you have applied to become a customer – once your account has been approved you will be able to see the prices.
 
DELIVERY & RETURN:
 
Do you ship every day of the week?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday.
 
Can I track my order and is the package insured?
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment until received. All packages are insured.
 
Can I have my products shipped in a neutral export cardboard box?
Yes, we offer to ship your orders in neutral export cardboard boxes to provide the highest possible discretion. 
 
Which courier company do you use for shipping?
We ship with the world’s leading courier company: DHL Express.
 
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries in the world except EU countries and South, Middle, and North America. Please contact us here for further information.
 
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless we have delivered the wrong products.
